Below is a list of my most frequently asked questions.  If you’re going to do business with me, you might as well get used to my nononsense approach to trading.  I say it like it is, and I don’t pull punches.  I’m going to have fun in this business.  I’m going to make you money too, but if I can’t enjoy my life doing it, what’s the point?

 

Your performance page stops at 6/16/2010.  Are you still operational?  Why don’t you report your performance?

I DO!  You can always expect 100% transparency in my reporting.  You can rest comfortably when you do business with me because I report LIVE RESULTS that are verified by an independent party (MyFXBook).  Not many forex signal providers are willing to do this.  Do you know why?  Because it’s easier to separate you from your money by creating a fake trading journal.  Many forex signal providers have page after page of FAKE RESULTS!  Have you ever joined a signal service that reported stellar returns, but failed to produce a single winning trade?  If you’ve purchased forex signals, I bet you have experienced that.  There is never a doubt with Market Mover Edge.  My performance is reported straight from my own live Metatrader 4 account.

Where can I get your free forex signals?

I don’t have FREE Forex signals.  This is a for-profit business.  Instead of providing free samples of my service, I provide LIVE RESULTS that are verified by an independent party (MyFXBook).  It’s my experience that serious traders, those who will be able to profit from my signals, do not look for freebies.  They look for REAL performance.  Those looking for free trials are typically looking for “Pie in The Sky” promises.  I DO, provide coupons and special offers through my e-zine.  You can subscribe by CLICKING HERE.

How many trades per week do you place?

My business is about placing profitable long-term trades.  The longer term the better.  This provides my clients (you) with an incredibly low stress trading environment.  I place trades when my professional trading system tells me to.  The system that generates your signals is based on a combination of fundamental analysis and technical analysis of the forex markets and the various economies.  I can’t tell you that there will be X trades per week.  I can tell you, however, that your signals will be low stress and will provide you with plenty of time to get them entered.

Do you move your stop loss orders to break even at some point?

I move stop loss orders when there is a technical reason to do so.  I do not place stop loss orders the way you may be used to.  I place them at a price that should not be hit unless an unforeseeable event causes a market melt-down.  I Buy and I Sell when the system that generates your forex signals tells me to.  Whether the position is positive or negative has no bearing on that decision.  As a result, your trading signals generate winning year after winning year.

Will you consider a trade copier to replicate your trades?

No.  I will not consider a trade copier.  I offered one for awhile, but it proved to be too labor intensive to manage, too unsafe for clients, and a huge target for hackers.   I have done this to make your life easier.  Everything about your new signal service has been designed to produce profitable trades in an extremely low stress environment.  

Do you offer free forex signals?

No.  I have terminated all free forex signals as of 27 August 2009.  I do provide a few free signals to my Twitter followers.  You can Follow Me if you’d like the free Forex signals.

 

  

Do I have to sign a contract with you?

No.  Of course not.  As much as I would love to provide you with signals forever, I realize that I am providing a service to intelligent people.  You’ll eventually learn to trade on your own and will no longer need your forex signal service.  You are free to stay for a month, or  for YEARS!

  

Do you place counter-trend trades?

No.  Your forex signals will all be placed based on a combination of technical analysis, trader sentiment, and fundamental analysis.  I will not risk your money on small retracements.

 

Do you report accurately?

I offer completely accurate results.  I have absolutely nothing to hide.  Every single one of your forex signals will be reported TO THE PIP.  In fact, my LIVE Results are available at MyFXBook.com which is a dis-interested third party.  You can see all of my trading performance from 5 May 2010 at that site.

Most other signal providers fatten their performance summaries, exaggerating their success by using shady forms of accounting.  Some will show performance in dollars.  Well, we all know a pip means something different to everyone.  So, a pip isn’t a pip isn’t another pip.  Get my drift?

Others count losses as breakevens, double and triple stack their gains by adding up Take Profit 1, Take Profit 2 and Take Profit 3s and individual wins instead of a total.  So, to them, a 150-pip gain gets counted as 50 + 100 + 150 (TP1 + TP2 + TP3).  To us, that’s a 150-pip gain and NOT 300.  Other signal providers NEED to account for their signals this way because they are not as accurate and could never get the honest results we do.  Many of them, unfortunately, are just plain liars.  COMPLETE TRANSPARENCY without the need to hide a thing.  That’s what you deserve and that’s how we do it.

Do you take Paypal?

Yes.  I take Paypal, Bank Transfers and Western Union.

How do I cancel my account with you?

You must cancel your subscription at PayPal.  That is the most effective and convenient way for you to cancel.  I have no control over PayPal your account.   Once you have paid for a month, you will continue to receive signals for the month.

How will I receive your signals?

Everything about your service was created with YOUR CONVENIENCE in mind.  With your new Market Mover Edge service you will receive your signals via email, Yahoo Messenger and  on your own MT4 platform where you can have them sent to you via SMS or a separate email address. Signals are delivered in REAL TIME.  

Can I get your signals via SMS?

You can easily get signals to your cell phone using MT4′s built in free email service.  However, our signals typically offer several hours (and often several days) and come at predictable times.  There is little value to receiving our signals on your phone.  This service is about convenience and profit, not interruption to your activities.  I understand that many of you prefer SMS signals and assure you that you absolutely CAN receive your forex signals via SMS using our EA.

 

What do your signals look like?  Do they include stop loss and targets?

Your signals will have every piece of information that you need.  A typical pending order will look something like this:

SELL EURUSD 1.5740  SL: 1.5825  Leverage = 1:1

SL = Stop Loss ۰ TP = Take Profit

 

How long do I have to enter your trades?

Your new service has been designed for convenience and low stress.  I know I keep saying that, but it is the service that I built FOR YOU and I am proud of that fact.  You often have several days to enter your trades.  In fact, you can enter the trades whenever you like.  I am providing trend following trades.  These are not low probability short term scalps.  These are true professional trades, just like I placed at the bank many times over many years.

Do you manage the trades once they are sent?

YES!  Every trade that I send is placed in my own live trading accounts.  As I manage these trades, you are notified of the exact change that took place.

 

How long will I be in your trades?

You will be in trades for a long time.  I certainly hope that you’ll be in them for weeks or months.  I am a trend follower.  My experience has shown me that I should get into the trade and stay in the trade until the trend ends.  Look at the journal on my performance page.  That will show you that I stay in trades for a long time.

How many trades will you open at a time?

You can expect to have 1-5 trades open at a time.  I recommend a 1:1 leverage on most trades.  This will allow you to open more trades, and will allow you to weather drawdown periods with low stress.  If you are in this for the long run, you simply must use small leverage.

How do I get set up?

After signing up for the service, you’ll be taken to a subscription page for the mailing list. Once added to that list, you’ll start getting emails from me explaining where to go, what to download and install, what to read, etc.

Can I change my email address?

Yes, you sure can.  It’s simply a setting in your Metatrader 4.
